Concentration Ideas

In addition to working on your sketchbook this summer, you should also be working on coming up with 20 concentration ideas. According to the College Board, a concentration is defined as "a body of work unified by an underlying idea that has visual coherence and/or conceptual coherence." Basically, you develop a theme or idea that is reflected in each artwork in that part of your portfolio. Not only will your artistic skills be admired, but also your coherent idea and the development of your work and concept.
